Whistleblowing Portal BBT SE

A central element of BBT SE's compliance management is the possibility to report possible violations of the law anonymously, confidentially and directly to BBT SE in accordance with the Whistleblower Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of December 16, 2019.

BBT SE provides an electronic whistleblower system for this purpose, which enables a protected, confidential and direct dialog between whistleblowers and BBT SE. This "electronic mailbox" is available around the clock via the Internet. Whistleblowers decide for themselves whether they wish to disclose their name or remain anonymous.

Every report we receive is carefully checked for its factual content by an internal department. If necessary, we initiate further steps and internal investigations.

Whistleblowers will receive a confirmation of receipt from us within 7 days and we will inform you of any follow-up measures within three months of receiving the report.
